Residents have the joy of sharing their living space with up to two pets per apartment, fostering a sense of companionship and happiness. Our community accommodates a diverse range of four-legged friends, ensuring that Chinoe Creek is a haven for pets of all sizes.

To enhance the living experience for both residents and their beloved pets, Chinoe Creek Apartments provides a range of amenities tailored to meet the unique needs of our furry residents. From spacious outdoor areas to designated pet play zones, we've created an environment where pets can stretch their legs, socialize, and thrive. To contribute to the upkeep of these pet-friendly facilities, we offer a reasonable monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Additionally, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second, ensuring that residents and their pets can fully embrace the enriching lifestyle offered at Chinoe Creek Apartments.
